autom update cells from WB1 to WB2

Hi,

As an example :

Cell C1 is green in the first workbook.
How can I make cell C1 of the second workbook also green ?

So check cells in one sheet,
and make the same cells in another sheet the same background color.

I have been thinking about my problem, and think it can be divided into two parts :

1. I have to search a range of cells, cell by cell
e.g. cell A1 to Z1000

2. For each cell, I have to get the background color
Green ?
Yes ... Make the corresponding cell in the other worksheet green
No .... Do nothing


I am not a programming expert ... :-(
Can you tell me which loops and which formula to use ?
