excel add-ins problem plz help

Hiii all,
this is my first mail in this forum.

My current project is to generate dynamic Map(map is in flash and will load externally in a broeser) from excel.

working process of my project:

- xml file of the selected range(zipcodes) are created and this xml file is used to show the map.

My problem

My problem as i am new to excel i dnt know much abt add-ins .

now i have written all my macros to generate it and also created a toolbar with a button programically.

and for a demo i open that excel file and show the things...


so i what i want is ,once installed (using some techniques...tht i dnt know much) every time a new excel file is loaded the toolbar must be visible and also if i entered some zipcodes in excel and after selecting it and whenthe button is clicked all my vba codes must run accordingly to generate the map.
