Random Sort?

I am working on four projects one requires a sheet with 12 groups of three numbers, total of 36, the numbers must be 1 through 75 and not to be duplicated on the sheet, then with a key stoke or mouse click the numbers randomly resort. The next project is the same but the numbers can be duplicated on the sheet, but not within the individual groups of three numbers. The next two projects are identical to the previous ones but in groups of four. I'm rather sure this is elementary to many of you but I am having a bit of trouble with it. I would appreciate any help anyone may have. I have attached the files showing the format I have to acomplish this in. Much thanks for any help!
