Result X, when a group of 1 2 3 4 in red exists.

Hello all,

I hope I explain this properly.
In col H, I am wanting to get a macro or function that results X, to find the following criteria.

In col G there are numbers only from 1 to 16, there will be numbers up to 24.
The numbers in col G, <=4 are all in red

I am wanting to find the minimum number of 3 red numbers grouped per each individual race.
A group as I will refer it as can also have a gap, but one gap only between any of the four numbers 1 2 3 4..

I have resulted this sheet in col H, all the races that should if I have explained myself properly all the criteria above.

Im sure that I have missed something or have not taken into accout something completely over my head.
Meaning not asking correct question, but please let me know if im missing something.

The races not marked with X, should have the numbers 1 2 3 4 in red quite spaced apart.
