Create macro linking to SAP byDesign excel ribbon

I'm looking to create a macro that can perform a SAP refresh using the ribbon in Excel.

All my attempts are failing so looking for some help. I've attached an imagine below of the location, to get there it is Alt+S, Y, 2.
