Macros: To Add more members in a Excel Questionary CFrom

Hey guys! Thanks for this space! For work, I need to create an Excel Form for family groups, each person must answer each question, I would like you to please help me with three things: (I don't know if it is possible to do it)

    1. A button to add members, that is, in each question insert cells, which brings the member's name in each corresponding row. (Maximum 12 Members) Bring the name from the top of the form of the added member to every row that needs it.
    2. I need to add another button, allowing each question to be answered with all NO or all YES for quicker completion.
    3. I don't know if you can block the opposite response button, that is, if the answer is no, block the click so that the Yes cannot be answered

I have attached an example of the form that I need to create.

    Thanks!

Re: Set button to add more information in a Questionnaire Excel Form

    Hi and welcome

Does the form absolutely have to be in this format?
You could use a UserForm for this and managing things like adding family members and restricting responses would be a whole lot easier.

    Welcome to the forum.

You won't get any help here. I am moving your thread to the appropriate forum section.

    Administrative Note:

Is your forum profile up-to-date and showing ONLY the oldest Excel PRODUCT that you need this to work for?

Members will tailor the solutions they offer to the Office PRODUCT (Excel, NOT Windows) that you have. Please check that your forum profile is up-to-date in this respect. If you aren't sure, in Excel go to File | Account and report what it says below the MS logo at the top of that page. If your product is for Mac, please also state this.

The four most recent Excel products are Excel 2019, Excel 2021, Excel 2024 and MS365 - if you are using MS365, please give this name along with the version number in your profile (e.g. MS365 Version 2306). This is in the About Excel section further down the Account page.

    Thanks.
    Ali
