Copy Specific Data over from one workbook to another

I use the NFL Hub.xlsm file and also the 1967 NFL Gamelog Query (Playoffs) workbook that my request needs to be applied to. to give you some background on the active workbook (1967 NFL Gamelog Query (Playoffs), Column A is PlayerID, Column B is Season, Column C is Week, Column D is Day, Column E is Date, Column F is Team, Column G is H/A, Column H is SID, Column I is Opp, Column J is W, Column K is L, and Column L is T. everything to the right of the cells should be left as it is showing. Now on the NFL Hub.xlsm, in Column A will have the Week Column (Column A). What I would like to do if based off the Winner Column (Column D) and the Loser Column (Column F) equals the team in Column F, then I would like to take the value of the week within NFL Hub.xlsm and apply it to the active workbook (1967 NFL Gamelog Query (Playoffs)) on all sheets from NFL Hub.xlsm based off the Date in Column C on the active sheet in NFL Hub.xlsm match up to the date in Column E on the active workbook (1967 NFL Gamelog Query (Playoffs)), In this case you can overwrite what it is in column C because these are wildcards and need to have it apply based on the conditions of Columns D and F from NFL Hub.xlsm. For example, instead of it showing Week 15 on the first week in the first sheet, it should read Division, and instead of Week 16, it shouuld read Champ, and so on. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
