Matching Row labels to copy/paste

I have an old macro that hasn't been used in years and I'm at a loss as to why it seems to not be working anymore. I'm sure there's something that I just haven't picked up on otherwise Excel should be doing exactly what it did years ago.

What I would like to do is take the rows from "Test Capacity Plan", match the row names with columns names on "CapacityPlanCalcV2" and paste them vertically. I've colored each row label with each column label so it might be easier to read and understand where the data needs to go. The data I want to copy/paste is actually 2 cells over + 1 cell down from each label.

Any help would be appreciated.

Aside from your typo "Lsbel 5", the macro seemed to work perfectly for me. What about it doesn't seem to be working anymore?
