problem show correct number in textboxes on form contains number format

Hello,
I try to make project to show numbers format in textboxs , but for some reason doesn't show amounts correctly for each textbox.
my goal when fill textbox1,3 will fill the rest of textboxes based on formulas as inside the code and showing number format like this "#,##0.00"
also I would show mark "%" in textbox4 when show value .
I hope some body help.
