VBA Worksheet selection, is it possible select the range

Using Excel 2010
Hello,

Select 4 rows and 15 Columns (in the column D:R) when any cell is selected in column range D9:D19 ((if the range is empty then no selection)

For example If Cell D9 is selected Select The range D6:R9

And when D10 is selected (select the range D7:R10) and clear D6:D9 selection

Note: if the selection option is not possible highlight the range in yellow
