Excel-Moving Animated Wave/Graph (Choppy, Not continuous...)

Hi, in an attempt to create a moving / animated sine wave, i copied some VBA code from an online source.
Now, the wave moves, but it is not smooth/continuous. It only moves every 1 second.

I think the problem is likely simple to fix, in the VBA code.

Can someone help if they have encountered this before?
