Macro to Add Min/Max dates to Cells

Hi, I'm having a hard time trying to figure this out... I just need to have the MIN date entered into one cell, and the MAX date into another cell. This is part of a larger macro which I have the rest figured out, but I need these 2 steps to happen first for the rest of it work correctly/fully automated. Nothing I've found online for this seems to work as I want it to.
