Outlook email. Help with text within the body

I have a macro which opens an excel file, updates it, then attaches it to an Outlook email. Rather than showing what appears within the body of the email as separate text (as shown in my example), I would like to use text from a range of cells within a specific tab in the active workbook. For space reasons I have only shown the following part of the macros. Can anyone help?

I don't know what you mean by "separate text". The body of an email is not separate text, it's the body.

a range of cells within a specific tab
Can you be specific? What range of cells? What is the sheet name? What do you want it to look like in the email?

Are you saying that instead of attaching the file, you want to put the data from a range of cells directly into the email body?
