VBA code not highlighting row

please see attached file there is two files attached in jam file there is VBA code when we enter any data in column D it highlights that row in yellow color where data entered
but same code i copied in pana file but it is not working also i want that highlight row when i entered data in any cell also i want that highlight whole row
please give me solution for that problem why VBA code not working

1- I cound not find any code script in "pana". Or I miss something?
2- Code in "jam", why you placed the code in workbook module, while it seems only "sheet 1" need to change color?
May be try to put it in Sheet 1 module?

In Sheet1 module:

And you FIND "Total" which does exit in Sheet1! in D283 ???

Is it possible that without entering word TOTAL in D column that VBA code works if possible please do that and also do one more thing please highlight whole row
