Function of Get Data From Another Workbook don't work

I wrote a code of GetDataFromAnotherWorkbook, which needed to bring the data in range of "A1:J19" from sheet "sh" to the new workbook, but when I wrote the code, it brought the error in the first row. So, could you please tell me what is the main problem in this code? Do you ever have the error like this? How can I correct it?
