Power Query website - based on date input

    Hi all,

Apologies if this has been discussed before but I can't find the answer anywhere.

I just want to pull exchange rates into excel from a website such as xe.com based on a date entered into a cell.

So, for example, if I were to enter 12/31/2022 in cell A1 I would like the query to output the exchange rates into a table as of that date.

I've been trying to extract the data from a URL which contains the date within the URL.

I'm certain there's a way to make the date embedded in the URL ("2024-05-30") referenced to a cell in my worksheet but I don't know how to do that.

I'd really appreciate help in putting me in the right direction.

    Many thanks

    Steven
