sending email from excel (a program is trying to send message on your behalf, then hangs)

I am trying to send email from two different excel workbooks and sheets.
How can I get it to work without the follow messages

When I computer start, it open excel and must send email, then getting this message.

When I start my other workbook, that I can use any one of two sheets to send pdf, it first give

In Outlook, look at File-->Options-->Trust Center-->Programmatic Access.
It usually occurs if no valid antivirus software is found.
