Data in a single column that is repeated with additional text

Good day to all.
I have a problem that I have been trying to solve for a long time.
I will have quite a lot of data in one column, a few are shown here otherwise there will be several thousand rows in the column.
Some will be empty and some will not.
Most of these data will contain the name, father's name and surname, and a smaller number of them will contain, in addition to the name, the father's name and surname, followed by a comma, and a certain text.
My intention is to try to find a row in that column that before coma contains text (surname, father's name and first name) and color it in gold.

What I want to get is shown in the "wanted" worksheet.

Use conditional formatting.

Select Range. Conditional Formatting -> New Rule. Format only cells that contain.

Set first dropdown to "Specific Text", second to "containing". and enter comma (,) in the criteria field.
Then apply format.

I know about that formatting, I don't want it to color all the cells that have a comma. I want them to color only those that contain the last name, father's name and first name before the comma, and that is already in that column.
For example, cell D14 should not be colored because that last name, father's name and first name are not found in that column at all.Attachment 865897

Countifs doesn't help, I will try to find some macro...

Everything is fine now, I was looking at the wrong sheet.
