Insert Data from PDF/Word Document into listed Excel

Hi all,

I want to inset the data from this PDF/Word document (attached) into an excel. I.e., by the column, cell colour (the actual colour fill), Number, Colour name. Is there any way to do this?

My initial strategy for the colour (since I figured that would be the hardest part) was to match the cell colour to the colour of the "graphic name" but they dont ascend in order or anything like that. Am I missing something I can use?

Hopefully that makes sense. Any help would be appreciated!!

I've figured out something so far, although I'm not sure why, after it does one loop, it comes up with 1004 error. The IF is in there to make sure that the next graphic number is indeed a graphic, and if it doesnt exist, will skip the if and keep adding to the graphic number until the next graphic can be used.
