Random Name that populates from a list and can't match requester name.

Hello,

I am creating a form that has two parts. The top is a request for work review. The bottom is who will be reviewing the work and the results (pass or fail). The part I am stuck on is the "who is reviewing the work." This is a list of 6 names and it cannot be the person that is in the requesting name field.

Logistics:
The 6 names are in sheet 4 colum C rows 1-6. (However, for code purposes I have them a string for the moment)
Textbox3 is where I would like the values to populate.
The form name is RBEQCFORM
