Rearranging Data from Original Report to Final Report format

Good morning,

Attached is a spreadsheet with two separate tabs ("Tank List" and "Report").
The "Tank List" is in the original format (pulled from a database) and the "Report" is how I need the report to be organized.

I need Columns A:S to repeat beginning at next available line (example: A2:S20 needs to repeat to A21:S39)
I need Columns AL:AM to move to columns AC:AD, but also repeat (example: AL2:AM20 becomes AC2:AD20 AND repeats to AC21:AD39)
I need Columns T:AB to repeat beginning at next available line (example: T2:AB20 needs to repeat to T21:AB39)
I need Columns AN:AQ to move to columns AE:AH, but also repeat (example: AN2:AQ20 becomes AE2:AH20 AND repeats to AN21:AQ39)


I have attached an example of the original format ("Tank List") and of what I want ("Report").

I greatly appreciate any/all help.
