Find missing numbers and duplicate numbers and color code each

I have attached an example workbook. In col B I have a series of numbers that have been sorted from lowest to highest. What I am looking for is code that I can attach to a macro that will sort the col from lowest to highest then find where a number or numbers are missing and color the top and bottom so it is clear there are number missing between and the find any number that are duplicates and color them a color different from the other.
