Disappeared frame in form

Morning All

When I was inserting the Left and Top figures for a frame,, I've had a senile moment and put in the wrong figure,, now I havent a clue where it is...

I can put this into the frame command button and it will show it,, but I can't edit the contents

Is there any way I can being the frame back to the page for editing

You should be able to select the frame name at the top of the Properties window in the VB Editor (with the form selected but not loaded) and then amend the Top and Left properties there.
