Moving number and text to a new workbook using VBA

Dear All,,

I have a daily work to move a data from 1 sheet to a new workbook, but its just move some row from the original data and also change text a bit..

is there any solution from my problem [using simple and flexible code would be great if there is a change from the original sheet]..
