Copy all data to a summary sheet on a per date basis

Good day,

I would like to ask assistance on how to copy all the data in 'raw form' to another sheet (Summary per date) but on a daily basis. Meaning, that whatever item description, carton weight(kg), total ctns and total weight that's being put in there, will be recorded on the 'Summary per date' sheet of the current date, and then when delete the data on my 'raw form' and input new data, the latest date recorded on the summary will not be deleted and current date of the 'raw form' will be recorded on the next date.

Hope you understand what I'm trying to say. I just want to use this 'raw form' for my daily inputs and just monitor on the 'Summary per date if all the data is being recorded in there.
