Need VBA Code to fill Database through Userform to sheet under header

Dear expert

i have emp database form i want set vba code for action,

Task Name Combolist Options from XFC column
Emp Name Text text field
EmP ID alphanumeric field
Gender list options from XFC
D.O.J is need option calender pop-up
Status list option from XFD.
Column G = timestamp what time they enter data.

i want include duplicate criteria wtih emp name and EMP Id, if enter more than once it shouldnt allow to enter .popup error msg (B and C)
