Splitting the multiple lines in a cell into seperate rows by macro/VBA

Hello all,

In the attached excel file, I have one situation where I have an ID number in each cell in column A. in Column B, there are multiple channel numbers in different lines in each cell and In column C, there are multiple channel dates in different lines in each cell.

What I need is to split the lines from column B and C into separate rows so that lines from Columns B and C are aligned to each other when separated.

So is there some VBA or some formulas with which I can solve this problem.
