Both macros have a field for the location. Since you don't tell us what it is, we can't change it.
In Post #3, change "ThisWorkbook.Path" to the location you need like "C:\some folder name here\another folder name here" & "" & [F5] & ".PDF"
Use the same in the other code where it says Filename:=
I'm sorry I forgot to give you the file location address
C:\TSHEPO\COSTING REPORTS
Just use that path in the code given in jolivanes' post.
