Search Engine VBA

Hi guys, eumm I need help for my search engine, yesterday i was asked for help about this search engine too and I already Solved it.
but there are still a bit problem here, and I have no idea how to solve it.

So i have a search engine like this

in this search engine whenever I try to searching data, I need to choose region then category which is this category based on column in my database and after I choose the category, I have to write the keyword to make the system search the data.

But i want to make like after I choose the region and I can write the keyword right away without have to choose the category, so whenver i write anyword in keyword textbox so it can search the data and found the exact data eventhough from the different column.
