Multiple message box decisions from one message box

Hi all.
Can anyone help with some code for this please?
I want on the push of a button, to have a message come up Answer no, and it closes, answer yes, and it asks another question. Answer that no, it closes, answer that yes, and it emails a range of cells, and then the button closes.
So the message is almost like a double check before emailing. Is this something that can be done at all please?

Couple of ways. The second one might be better layout-wise as the ifs are contained before the emailing code.
