That worked great thanks all i need to do now is to change the macro result from formatting the cell light blue to a number format only to offset it one space " @"

That didnt seem to work , i now have acoule of formulas to add to the conditional formatting , im just coloruing cells at the moment to test it out. Just need to know how to just change from a colour format , to a number format " @" they all have different offsets. Does the way this is written make it harder to change from a colour format to a custom Number format ?
