Help in Unpivot the data

Hello Geeks,

I would like some help in transforming the data. I tried to do it but failed in all my ways.

I have a large set of 1000s of cluster survey data in which 10 houses are surveyed in each cluster, but the data sent to me is already in pivot shape, so it is hard to analyze. The initial 7 columns are fixed and I want to bring the data in simple 5 columns instead of a long list of columns.

As you see in above Houses numbers are actually landscaped in cloumns and then data is entered under it whereas I was them in rows for analysis like below.

Any query or Power pivot help is appreciated.
