Loop every rows get from second cells to last used 3rd cells then concat into 1 column

hi all,

I would like to get cell values from second cells to the last used third cells, then concat all cells values into 1 new column

10264758 FY2022 - Claims & Disbursement TTYM ReadOnly
14868546 Great Saturday Camp 2022 to 2024 TPG Edit
643878690 Temporary Rental Space - management svc SIP Edit

large white space is denoted by cells in different column
Required output to be shown in another new column on every row:

e.g. 10264758 to return : FY2022 - Claims & Disbursement
14868546 to return : Great Saturday Camp 2022 to 2024
643878690 to return : Temporary Rental Space - management svc

Thank you for any help.

I need to use vba as every row filled cells are different. e.g. row 1 range from A to E while row 2 range from A to P, etc.
