Intersect of object '_Global' error

Hello!
I have a sheet in which I've written simple code to prevent users from editing anything. I've used the intersect function to manage those ranges users can/can't select. There are hyperlinks in column E cells and the code I've inserted throws the [B]Method 'Intersect' of object '_Global' failed error. I'd like to allow the selection of the sheet's hyperlinks. I do not get an error when I run your code. I suggest that you attach your file.

Also, if all you are trying to do is prevent the user from selecting/editing certain cells, sheet protection will do a better job of that than custom VBA.
