Multiple Drop Down List for many ranges

Hello,

I have the following code that only works on one cell. I would like to

1) Apply this code to the entire range (AB4:AB400) &
2) Apply the same code to other ranges such as J, L, N etc.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
