Question Find All Max Values and Add New Columns

Hello, I am very new to programming with Excel. My coworker asked me to design an Excel Sheet that she could extend with a click of a button.

She wants to draw comparisons of multiple data sets (which I have grouped) that get upgraded each year. And to avoid having to constantly change between worksheets, she would like them all to be gathered in one worksheet, to which she can add more columns (for new years) with one simple click.
For this to work I need to find a way for my macro to find all the max values (so the latest year) and add a new column after each of those values. It should also automatically title the new column with the new year.

I am struggling to find a way to select multiple cells (that aren't next to each other) with the same value and then how to make it add a new column after each of those cells. 7

Also I cant seem to figure out how to upload my Excel sheet on here... any advice there?

Is there anyway to do this?

Please let me know of any ideas you might have!
