Adding pictures with VBA not showing when file openned in other computers

Hey guys,

I need help!
I have this code running in my macro and it's working perfectly on my computer. The problem is when it's opened on other computers... the picture is not showing...
How can I solve this?
I saw that I should use "Shapes.AddPicture", but I don't know how to fit it into my code.
May you please help me?
