VBA not liking my first command

    Hello,

On the workbook i have uploaded, I have already ran "Step 1" and it works fine.
"secondstep" macro is where I'm encountering a problem, I had copied the command and amended names where I needed. But for some reason this macro is not like the workbook it's in, I believe it boils down to what the data source is referring to but I'm unsure how to fix.
