Assign cell value

Hello to all,

Can someone help me? I try to automatize process to assign a cell value (blue) from one excel file (Databank) according to value/text in (red) value. I have tried to record macro but it haven't worked. I have used searching via CTRL+F but when I have copied a value from Databank it haven't pasted into MAIN document.

Not completly sure if excel is correct tool for this application. If you have any other suggestions I would be really glad. Or link to thread on this forum would be also great (I'm probably blind but I couldn't find anything similar to my problem).
