    Special Criteria for COPY PASTE MACROS

    I want to move the rows from sheet1 to sheet2 if the QNTY on hand (columb b) is =0. However, if the product code (column a) is duplicated and the QNTY on hand is >0 then I do not want it to move any of that product code over to sheet 2. I am attaching a sample document. The actual document would have a couple thousand rows with a few hundred product codes that are duplicated.
