Need vba code to split unique values to old sheet

Hi expertise hope u doing well

i need a help with my data split only unique 2 values from C column "Mammals""*& ""Amphibians?"" only save to sheet AM List

data need to save last cell end after in sheet AM List

once moved data should be erased in Dirctory sheet.

HI boss its filter and copy but its not move to sheet AM_List,

Maybe your dest sheet is not Sheet2, try code as below where i have defined the sheets in a different way:
