copy data from userform to specific sheet based on match sheet name with label name

about PAID you're right and I put two formulas for each name how should be first row and how should be next row for each name with considering when there is the same name in sheet is matched with combobox should put under which is relating of the name . this mean all of data for the same name should be under each other of them .
so when select optionbutton3(case1) or optionbutton4(case2) will rename label3 is matched with sheet name and when fill textbox1,select name from combobox1 and select optionbutton1(notpaid) ,then should copy to sheet name based on label3
last thing when select optionbutton1 should copy amount from textbox1 to column D and optionbutton2 should copy amount from textbox1 to column E and I put the formula in column F . as to name should copy from combobox1 to colum B ad optionbuttons 1,2 names should copy to column C .

about name I want putting all of data for the same name under of each other like I put from column L:Q
when I select name from combobox ,then will search for the name in sheet if it's existed should copy data under the same name if it's matched with combobox1 . and put serial number in column ITEM sorry I forgot putting in OP .

the last entering on userform for the same name should start from under last row for the same name is existed in sheet
as you see when entering data for the same name will start from row 2 for the same name as highlighted in red from A: F if I have already name in sheet but the right way should start after last row is existed for the same name , in this case should be from row4 as in column L:Q to see th final balance the name in row4 =466 but your code show the final balance in row 2=466 this is error!

ok . just show problem about color formatting when copy data from userform from the first time when there are no data in two sheets .
it will highlight yellow color for entered data from userform to sheet as in headers . shouldn't do that .
