delete items are not existed and put the others for adjacent range between two sheets

I have two sheets STANDARD & FIRST what I want matching column B between two sheets then any item is matched for sheet FIRST with sheet STANDARD, then should put in adjacent range as I put the result in sheet SATANDARD in columns G,H. if there is new item in sheet FIRST but not existed in sheet STANDARD then should delete it from sheet STANDARD , if there is new item in sheet STANDARD but not existed in sheet FIRST then should add to sheet FIRST after that should be sort data in column G,H based on column B for sheet STANDARD based on for each adjacent cell . the result should be in sheet STANDARD in columns G,H . every time add or change data in two sheets, then should update the result in columns G,H in sheet STANDARD .

You want to copy matched cell to the same row form first and if it doesn't match copy from the col.B.

Then just copy column B:C to G1.

I'm not sure what you mean about this
but if it doesn't match copy from the col.B then should copy just column B to column G with make for each new item corresponding for the adjacent cell for column B
