SetBackgroundPicture as picture from within workbook

Anyone know a way of setting background picture from a picture within the same workbook?
Want to try and avoid file handling.

The SetBackgroundPicture method requires an image file. No other option is provided. If you want to store the graphics in a workbook, you will still have to export them to a file and then use the SetBackgroundPicture method.
