macro selection range very slow

HI to all.
In this workbook attached there are 2 macros

a macro to print the cells
Sub stampa_tutte_righe_attive_stampa_input()

a macro to select the range
Sub DoppiaMacro_1()

the macro (double click)
Sub DoppiaMacro_1()
is very slow if I first activate the macro
Sub stampa_tutte_righe_attive_stampa_input()

a help?

maybe I explained myself wrong

If I click button 1 first, the Sub Double Macro_1 () macro is fast
if I click button 2 first and then button 1 the macro Sub DoppioMacro_1 () is slow
whi?
