    Auto insert timestamp

    Hi
    i'm looking to populate timestamp cells in columns C+D when B is populated
    and H+I when G is populated.

    I attempted this using the NOW function but now realise this changes each time there is any changes.

    Does anyone have any suggestions to resolve

    You've posted this in the VBA section -- are you required to use VBA? Here's an approach using worksheet formulas (like now), but also uses iterative "circular" references to fix the time: https://chandoo.org/wp/timestamps-excel-formula-help/
