    need formula or vba code to count tech id between range

    Dear experts

    I have data of sales i want calculate % of region and pass/fail success rate in count and percentage

    i have tech id like TCID_001,TCID_002,......TCID_033 I want calculate range between tech id range like

    for e.g TCID_001-TCID_006 how many region between this tech ids, count of pass/fail and % Percentage of pass/fail from overall number
    TCID_007-TCID_0010 how many region between this tech ids, count of pass/fail and Percentage of pass/fail from overall number


    i want a excel formula or code to calculate

    With a table to determine the group.

    VLookup to add the group.

    After that a pivot table.

    hi experts i need a formula for this taks some time i use dashboard and charts with these counts and percentages

    I created a couple of different UDF's and applied them to your table. May not be correct but thought i would have a play.
