Rows reappearing after deletion.
I am having an issue I have never seen before. I run the below code to filter and delete unwanted rows depending on an unput. I then refresh the workbook, however the rows reappear. What am I missing here?

I tried both ways and it still is a problem...
Why do you need to refresh the workbook after running the code? When you say refresh, it makes me think you have a connection to a data source and it's reloading upon refresh.I then refresh the workbook
