macro email attachment loses conditional formatting

Hello everybody.
This macro is for e-mailing a part of an excel sheet as an attachment
Sending works fine.
The problem is that the attachment doesn't have conditional formatting like the original sheet.
The sense of the rules is not the same.

to try click send mail
in the inputbox choose one or more names in column R
