hi.
im trying to fix a issue which has seemed to crop up when i and others have upgraded laptops/excel software within company i work for.
im not sure of the excel subcription/software version we had previously.
an old employee made a good script for creating a "quote sheet" from multible sheets and pasting them one by one after eachother. i.e. if you opened the quote sheet, you would scroll down number of "pages".
There would be sheets called LV1, LV2...up to LV100. LV1 may have 75 rows, lv2 may only have 15 etc always a random number of rows per "LV" sheet

The guy then was able to pull all the relevant rows/columns from the "LV" sheets and put them onto one "quote" sheet. he was able to say an A4 sheet was 50 rows long, so if the LV sheet ran over 50 rows it created 2 "pages" on the quote sheet and then pasted info in, then started LV2 on "page"3 of quote sheet.
it worked a treat.

since swapping to new laptop, a few things have happened.
a number of pre-defined title pages/images used for cover sheets seems to be too LONG and too narrow. previously, the images fitted the "page" perfectly.
the number of ROWS per sheet seems to be now 52 rows as opposed to 50. the VBA script always looks count in 50 increments so some of the LV2 pages ends up being at the last few lines of LV1 page.

ive tried scaling the page manually, but it never works correctly. ive tried ensuring the default printer is a PDF editor and that page size is set to A4 and not letter etc.

anyother things i could look into?

im at point now id nearly pay someone to look at code to edit it but feel like its something simple.

if i was to use the same document on an older machine, id not even need to change anything, so it sounds like a settings issue.
